North Shore Waterfall Adventure

Depart from the pier area first thing in the morning and take a comfortable ride in your small group of no more than 12 guests, making for a very intimate and personal day with your naturalist guide who will share the splendor of Hawaii with you during this one-of-a-kind North Shore tour.

Experience the spectacular North Shore countryside when you begin your day after arriving in Waimea Valley, hiking next to ka wai ola, the life-giving water of Kamananui River, culminating at the crashing waters of Waimea Valley waterfall. If you wish, you can take an unforgettable swim under this 30+foot waterfall and experience something you may have only dreamt about. Stroll through the lush botanical garden as your naturalist guide illuminates the landscape through storytelling.

Cruise down the coast to a secluded beach where you can next sink your toes into the beautiful golden sand. Far from the hustle and bustle of the crowded tourist spots, find a sense of serenity on this small sandy shore in the middle of the largest ocean on our planet where surfers can often be seen riding the waves.

Your day will then be enhanced as you have no doubt worked up an appetite, so dine at a local and favorite shrimp truck that farms their own shrimp from a modern 36-acre pond in Kahuku. After lunch, make your way to the sacred Loko Ea, or Hawaiian Fishponds. Visit this traditional 10-acre restored Hawaiian fishpond in the heart of Haleiwa. Gain hands-on understanding of how the Hawaiian people sustainably supported their communities through aquaculture.

Cap off this amazing day exploring historic Haleiwa, home to surf culture, local boutiques, and of course, shaved ice. The laidback island-style of Haleiwa Town offers souvenirs and keepsakes of your wonderful day spent on Oahu's North Shore.
