Please Note: There are 2 trolley routes with varying schedules and tour durations. The Green Route takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the route without getting off. The trolleys run every 15 to 20 minutes from April to October, and every 20 to 25 minutes from November to March. The Orange Route takes approximately 20 minutes to complete the route without getting off. The trolleys run every 30 minutes from Monday to Friday and every 15 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays. First and last tour times vary by route and will be detailed in your electronic ticket.

We really enjoyed taking the Old Town Trolley around the city of Boston. We never had to wait more than 15 minutes for the next trolley. All the drivers were very friendly and gave plenty of historical information about the city. I highly recommend taking the trolley if you are visiting Boston for the first time.
