The fun begins as you board your private bush plane to experience the grandeur of Glacier Bay National Park. During your guided flight plan you'll glide over the Rainbow Glacier and the Davidson Glacier while admiring spectacular waterfalls, icefalls, crevices and ice towers. Continue over the Chilkat Mountains to the East Arm of Glacier Bay to get a peek at the famous McBride and Muir Glaciers. Watch out for mountain goats on the ice sheets as you fly into Haines!

Next up is the beautiful Chilkoot Lake State Park with its turquoise lake and salmon-filled river surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Your expert naturalist guide will share fun facts about the area's unique wildlife and ecosystems, and point out significant Tlingit cultural sites.

Have your camera ready for Insta-worthy shots of wildlife such as migratory birds, brown bear, and harbor seals. Wildflowers and bald eagles abound in the summer months, while August and September bring more brown bears to the rivers to feed. Your guide will try to get you (safely) up close with the animals, and set up a powerful spotting scope to get you eye-to-eye with a majestic bald eagle.

Top off your experience at the Pilot Light Restaurant where chef and owner, Cambria Goodwin of "Cupcake Wars" will treat you to her signature salmon bisque soup, homemade bread, Caesar salad and dessert. Reserve this 5.5 hour private tour for an unforgettable adventure in the wilds of southeast Alaska.
