Journey to the Tuscan countryside for a lesson in pasta making that you can share with your friends and family back home! Your guide and driver will pick you up and take you to Lari, a town perched in the highest Pisan hills complete with a charming medieval castle. Upon arrival you will head to Pastificio Martelli, a family-owned pasta factory that produces a limited quantity of the highest quality pastas in Italy.

From there you will reach a farmhouse where your chef awaits you with all the ingredients you will need to make delicious pastas. The chef will explain the technical aspects of homemade pasta preparation, then guide you as you knead, cut, roll and fill a variety of pastas such as ravioli or tagliatelle or tagliolini. After the pastas are prepared you will sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor along with a tasting of 3 locally produced wines. Sign up for this 8 hour private tour today and get ready to learn the ins-and-outs of pasta making! Please note: Guests must be at least 18 years old to consume alcohol.
