This was a perfect excursion for us. When we exited the ship we walked towards the prow, as instructed on our e-ticket, and were met by a representative holding a sign with our name on it. We were then escorted through the maze of the Pier Terminal and introduced to our driver (Phillip) and guide (Xavier). The trip included everything that was listed in the description and more. The canoe ride was beautiful and we got to see so much. Our guide and driver could not have been better. We did five excursions on our cruise, and this was my husband's favorite. We highly recommend it.
