You will depart the pier area after being greeted by your English-speaking guide and make your way to your French culinary experience.
Once you are in Nice you will make your way to the area known as the Liberation quarter, one of the most popular quarters with bourgeois buildings, here you will be welcomed at the particular shop by your Chef and then taken to the"marche de la liberation" (the most popular market in Nice).
At the market, the Chef will help you discover and learn about the ingredients needed for the menu as well as seasonal produce. Your Chef will give you expert tips on how to choose the freshest ingredients that will make all the difference in how your cooking can improve.
Back at the shop, it's time to set to work and to prepare the dishes of the day. You will soon learn special techniques, tips and tricks to working in the kitchen. Ask questions, share and exchange your ideas with the Chef and the other participants, and then the fruit of your labors will pay off as you will eat what you have helped to prepare.
After the cooking lessons enjoy a panoramic tour within the city as you make your way back to the pier area and your ship.
