Such a thorough tour of the city given by Luis & crew! They were so accommodating. We were with friends but had booked separately, so they moved people around so that we could all be together. We learned so much about the beautiful country from Luis. He was funny & engaging & allowed us all the time we needed at each stop. The "sea" part of our excursion was also perfect. The name of our guide escapes me, but it was a young man & his uncle. They drove us by the dolphin refuge & took us on a lengthy ride before taking us out to snorkel & see the beautiful reef. It was amazing! It was a safe & relaxing excursion, & well worth the money! We never once felt rushed, yet they kept us right on time. The only negative (which is out of their control), is the long walk up a large hill to get to the buses/vans. At the end of the excursion, they are able to drop you off right back at the port, so there isn't a long walk after you've enjoyed your day.
We had no proplem finding our crew after walking out the gate. The van was already cooled down and off we went. We stoped to take some pics on land and then they took us to the beach where they offered us a snack and drink before entering the boat. We enjoyed the boat ride, saw some dolphins and fed some fishes. They offered us a free drink which you could choose to have some rum in it as well. The snorkling part was the best. The boat crew was awesome. Getting off the boat they offered us either to stay at the beach for another hour, visit the chocolate factory or visit the monkeys and sloths. 2 chose the beach and the rest were taken to the monkeys. We paid 10$ pp at the door and it was worth it. After about 40 min they took us back to the beach to pick up the rest and brought us back to the ship in time. You do not have to worry about being late as they constantly check the time and make sure you will arrive in time. Awesome company and would recommend to everybody.

Again, there was a small group of people so there wasn't a lot of waiting for stragglers to return to the coach/van. The land portion was wonderful, as was our guide. Since we weren't interested in the 'sea' portion, we were going to take a cab back to the ship. Our guide, Jennifer Rodriguez, said driver, Kevin, would take us to the monkey jungle where we saw Capuchin monkeys, parrots, sloth, and iguanas to hold or sit on you. Kevin waited and then took us to the ship!
