Scenic Dominica Drive
Unsurprisingly, Dominica is a true tropical delight. Tour through 40 acres of Botanical Gardens before visiting the hot springs in the village of Wotten Waven to reinforce your belief in Dominica's beauty. Thereafter, see the spectacular Twin Falls prior to traveling through Caribbean fishing villages, and the islet marking the end of the island.
This guided journey leads you through the most lush part of the city, the Botanical Gardens. Delight in the fragrant scents and vibrant, colorful fauna. Some trees are well over 100 years old.
Next, you'll ride through the Village of Wotten Waven, reaching the bubbling waters emitted from the earth due to geothermal activity. Nearby, folks often swim these natural, hot sulfur springs for rejuvenation.
You'll cross the River Blanc encountering Trafalgar Village. Take a moment to enjoy the phenomenal Twin Falls. Referred to as "Father" (to the left) and "Mother" (to the right), these waterfalls have been amazing visitors for ages.
Soon after, you'll pass through the fishing villages of Pointe Mitchel and Soufriere enroute to Scotts Head for a spectacular view of the valley. Upon reaching base, you'll see a remarkable islet between the Caribbean and Atlantic Seas. Reserve this Roseau tour through tropical paradise today.

This tour showed what Dominica had to offer. This tour had about 12-14 people, so the van was full. It was a bit difficult to see out the windows in the back of the vehicle. There was no restroom stop on the 4hour tour. It was informative, but the driver was difficult to hear if you were not sitting next to him.

A beautiful drive...an amusing guide!

with all of these day trips we were picked up in a van which was very hard to climb into because absolutely no one knows what a step stool is, and they don't care. Dominica was very beautiful

Very scenic, very rough ride, bumpy, roads not good, but glad we took the tour. Tour guide outstanding. Footstool to ease getting in and out of bus is needed!

Dominica is stunningly beautiful. Unfortunately I could hear little of what our guide said as he directed his information to those in the body of the vehicle. When I mentioned this to him politely, he tried to be more accommodating but it didn't last. The other passengers tried to get him to sit sideways so that I could hear but he still kept turning towards them. I'll be back on the island next November/December but will go for a private driver next time.
