highlight of our cruise .our guide keyon was the the best
The tour was about what we expected, but did not really exceed our expectations in any way. Be prepared for an arduous hike. That part was well advertised and was what we were expecting and wanting. My wife later commented that it was one of the hardest thing she had ever done. You will be pushed to give it everything you've got to make it to the top. Once there, the views are breathtaking! Our guide did not engage in a lot of idle chitchat nor give much of an explanation of the plant and animal life. He seemed to more engaged with what was happening on his phoneÖ Texting and talking ... than he did actually speaking with us. I believe he viewed his job as to get us safely to the top and back to the bottom, and in that role he did a great job. If you enjoy hiking and physical activity, culminating in some breathtaking views, then this tour is definitely for you. We loved that part of it and would definitely do it again.
