Two Tank Certified Dive without Equipment
Calling ALL certified scuba divers with their own gear! An amazing Cozumel diving tour awaits. Cozumel is revered as one of the best dive sites for scuba divers of all levels. The vibrant coral reefs attract colorful fish and magnificent marine life for divers to enjoy. You needn't dive deep to begin seeing the underwater beauty of Cozumel - which is why it's an excellent location.
Your scuba diving experience is guided by a PADI certified and insured, bilingual divemaster, who will assist you every step of the way, from gearing up to packing up. Divers will be put into groups based on experience, with each group receiving hands on training to maximize safety and comfort.
Dive site recommendations and underwater assistance is provided. Upon descending into the water, your senses will come alive. The Caribbean scenery is unreal. The dive site goes as far as 80 feet deep. This is a certified dive tour you do not want to miss while in Cozumel.
After your first dive, enjoy some refreshing purified water and compare with notes with your comrades before prepping for your second dive of the day - approximately 60 feet deep. Remember, in Cozumel you do not have to go deep to start seeing some of the most remarkable sea creatures around. You will love the second dive. It is Captain's choice and he always chooses a hot spot for his guests!
Please Note: Certified divers must present a valid certification C-Card in order to participate. Divers must have their own equipment for this tour. Wet suits are available for an additional fee of $10 US (not included in the price of your tour). A Marina fee is not included in the price of your Cozumel tour ($2.50 US per person) and must be paid at the venue.
Health restrictions apply and guests should consult with their personal physician before engaging in any activity that may be too strenous for them or if they are taking any medications that may effect their ability to participate on the tour. A waiver will be required to be filled out by all participants. The form will be provided in your electronic ticket upon confirmation. Guests must be a minimum of 10 years of age to attend the tour.
We had to take a cab down to the shop, but they are moving locations. The dive boat was the largest of all the operators. They took us back to the dock with the cruise ship. Despite the large number of guest, each dive group went down with only 6-7 people. Tanks and weights were included.

This was my third time booking this scuba excursion with shoreexcursionsgroup.com. I've always been impressed with the Sand Dollar Dive shop, their boat, and crew. It always has resulted in an excellent dive experience. The dive masters are always outstanding and keep a watchful eye on their divers and really know the sites well. Booking this excursions through shorexcursionsgroup.com usually saves anywhere from $30-$40 versus doing it through the cruise line and most other divers whom you meet actually did sign up through their cruise lines. The next time, I'm again on a cruise to Cozumel, I'll be using shorexcursionsgroup.com to book this excusion for the fourth time.

This is the second time that I have used Shore Excursions Group to book this excursion. The dive outfit is Sand Dollar, which is located right at the main cruise terminal in Cozumel. It is the same company used by Royal Caribbean, but you will pay significantly less going through Shore Excursions Group. The dive boat captain, crew and dive masters are outstanding. A larger group is broken up into smaller groups of 4-8 people, each with its own dive master. The reefs visited are quite nice and I have had some of my best dive experiences ever with this outfit. If heading to Cozumel again, I will certainly use them and book it through Shore Excursions Group.
