Once you're done whale watching, it's off to Alaskan Brewing Company. As you tour the premises, you will be treated to a fun beer history and brewing lesson. You'll even see the place's original brewing system! On this Juneau excursion, there are up to 10 beers on draft that available for sampling. So much fun! Exciting for "virign" cruisers & enjoyed seeing the beautiful scenery & learning about the whales. Would have loved to see some jump out of the water - but it was truly exciting! The Alaskan Brewing company was amazing too - enjoyed sampling their beer & talking to the locals. I hope to get them as a customer - we manufacture labels!!
This was the perfect combination; whale watching in the morning followed by beer tasting at what has become one of my favorite breweries. The only thing missing was lunch.
