Minimum age to participate is 10 years old. Doctor's note is required for marked obesity or heart surgery. Participants with heart conditions, a current cold or sinus congestion, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, a severe medical problem, who are or may be pregnant or who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to dive. If taking medication consult your doctor before participating in this program.
