Recommended Dress As you will be visiting a river of ice, dress in layers with a coat. Guests may also wish to bring gloves and a hat. Sunglasses are highly recommended for glare off the ice. You will be provided with glacier over-boots which fit over your tennis shoe or walking shoe. Shoes with heels can not be accommodated. Socks are highly recommended. There is a no bag policy in the helicopter. Safe storage will be provided at the office.
Restrictions All guests, regardless of age, must purchase a seat and be able to be belted in. Lap children are NOT allowed, each passenger must purchase a full-fare ticket. All passengers will be weighed when they arrive at the facility. Please ensure that correct passenger types have been selected for each passenger and that correct weights have been reported. Inaccurate weight reporting or choosing the incorrect passenger category may result in tour cancellations and delays that are not refundable.
