While you take in the enormity of the Misty Fjords National Monument from above, you will listen to information on the area as well as appropriate music over your noise-reducing head phones. While taking you on the most scenic flight possible based on that days weather conditions, your pilot will keep an eye open for wildlife below. while wildlife spotting is never guaranteed, keep scanning the scenery below you where you may see creatures big and small, from burly brown bears to agile mountain goats and from harbor seals to humpback whales. Depending on visibility that day, your pilot usually tries to stay approximately 1000 feet above the scenery offering you the best up close view from a safe distance.
