You will be exclusively welcomed to Malta by Pippa Mattei your culinary professional guide to the Maltese palate. Pippa has participated on TV and radio cooking shows, notably the US American Life TV network, Embassy Chefs as a culinary Ambassador for Malta.

You will accompany Pippa for a local produce-shopping experience at the traditional open-air market at Marsaxlokk fishing village. This is Malta’s largest fishing village and its fish market gives a fascinating insight into local life and traditional industry.

When the purchases have been done, Pippa will then escort you to her home in Attard, a local up market residential area, and also the location of the Malta President’s official residence. At her home, Pippa will privately demonstrate, and allow you to participate, in the creation of various traditional dishes from appetizers, to main courses and desserts, all the while using fresh local produce. You will then be invited to partake in the meal, accompanied by top-of-the range local wine and ending with coffee and a local ‘digestivo’.
