After departing the pier, you will travel to the Old City of Nice where you will meet your French Chef. After a coffee and introductions, you will accompany the chef as they make their way through the famous Nice Markets along the Cours Saleya. Your chef will explain the secrets and pleasures of choosing fresh products.
With your purchases in hand, you will depart Nice and drive to the cooking school. The training course will begin with a flower syrup tasting. Then after aprons and recipes have been passed out, the Chef will provide the participants with the secrets of provençal cooking and the use of flowers in the making of the recipes. Then the students are invited to create their own course (one main course and one dessert), ask questions, take notes, and get in touch with their own inner French Chef. Each dish is tasted and the Chef will make recommendations so the recipe can be reproduced at home. After you have finished your lunch, you will rejoin your transportation for the drive back to Monte Carlo.
