Participants should be in good physical condition and comfortable hiking approximately 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) over uneven natural terrain, including dirt paths, rocky surfaces, and moderate inclines. This excursion is not wheelchair or stroller accessible and is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with limited mobility, serious heart conditions, significant back problems, or recent injuries affecting the legs, knees, ankles, or hips. Swimming at the waterfall is optional. Restroom facilities are available at the trailhead and at Rancho Ecologico Sol de Mayo.
