Recommended Dress We recommend wearing comfortable clothing with either shorts or other pants that will not get caught in the chain. Flat-soled, closed-toed shoes are required for pedaling. Sun glasses and sunscreen are also suggested.
Restrictions Minimum age to participate is 16 years old. All guests must wear a helmet, sign a waiver and be in moderately good health. All guests should have a general idea of riding a bike as most of the tour is on roads shared with vehicles.
