Recommended Dress We recommend wearing light closed-toe hiking shoes or boots and comfortable clothing. Sunscreen, hat, waterproof jacket and sunglasses are also recommended. Please bring a small backpack and your own personal water bottle.

Restrictions Minimum age to participate on this tour is 8 years and maximum is 80 years. There is storage available in the van for a small backpack. As part of the environmental policy and actions, we are committed to eliminating the use of plastic water bottles. This is an easy to moderate hike with approximately 6km of dirt trek hiking. Guests must have a good general fitness and be able to walk confidently. A hiking pole will be provided. This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Once you arrive at the national park, you'll follow your guide on up a scenic trail that starts in Bafi Mountain Hut, a primarily dense fir tree forest.

Take in the breathtaking views of the spring along Koromilia, known for its pristine natural spring waters. If you're up for a moderate challenge, you'll also have the option to travel pass the spring of Mesiano Nero before reaching the breathtaking Mola plateau. Here, you'll get a chance to rest and maybe even encounter red deer along your scenic hiking trail. Red deer isn't the only wildlife you'll see on this epic mountain hike, as Mount Parnitha is home to over 42 species of mammals, including deer and foxes, and over 120 species of fauna like the Eurasian griffon and the woodlark.
