Panoramic Shanghai

This half-day tour of Shanghai will allow you to see some of the most famous landmarks the city has to offer. This panoramic excursion will show you sites such as Jian Mao Tower, the Oriental Pearl Radio and TV Tower, The Bund Waterfront and the Huangpu River. Your guide will provide you with fascinating and interesting facts about each site, while you sit back and relax in comfort.

Your first stop will be the Jian Mao Tower, also known as Jinmao Building or Jinmao Tower. A famous landmark skyscraper in Pudong, Shanghai. This 420 meter (1,377 feet) high tower has 93 stories, which include the ones in the spire and was China's tallest building at the time of its completion and the 18th tallest in the world today. The Tower includes, The 5-star Grand Hyatt Hotel, a shopping mall, restaurants, a nightclub, food court, offices and an observation deck.

From here you will be driven to the Oriental Pearl Radio and TV Tower. It is located at the tip of Lujiazui, in the Pudong district of Shanghai and is surrounded by the Yangpu Bridge in the northeast and the Nanpu Bridge in the southwest. It has 15 observation levels and includes a revolving restaurant along with a shopping mall and the Space Hotel. The Tower creates a picture of twin dragons playing with pearls and the unique architectural design of this building makes it one of the most attractive places to visit.

Finally, you will make your way to Shanghai's famous waterfront, The Bund. Visitors flock to The Bund daily, to view the original examples of foreign buildings and stunning views of the waterfront.

The Bund Waterfront centers on a section of Zhongshan Road and faces the modern skyscrapers of the Pudong District. It has many historical buildings lining the Huangpu River including buildings that were once banks, hotels, clubs and trading houses. Stretching for one mile along the western bank of Huangpu River, The Bund is now famous for its magnificent 19th and 20th century architecture.

After your amazing sightseeing adventure is complete, be returned to the pier area and your ship.
