Extended Summit Drive

This tour was excellent. Started in Skagway with the first stop overlooking the town and cruise ship docks and continued on with some excellent scenery. Our tour driver/guide was very knowledgeable, knew all the best places to stop for pictures and she even took pictures with my wife and I in the picture. As this was a small bus and there were only 6 couples and she would stop if we asked when seeing something of interest. Having a small group was much better that one of our other tours booked by the cruise line which herded 60 people on a large bus.

I enjoyed this excursion which journeyed through Skagway up through the mountains passing waterfalls and beautiful lakes to the Yukon Territory in Canada. The Carcross Desert was interesting as well as its eponymous town. I wish we had spent a bit more time in Skagway though and had more bathroom breaks. The lunch was sufficient but did not include drinks.
