Tahitian Dream
May 29, 2022
Like many people we spoke to during our stay, this was a bucket list, once-in-a-lifetime trip for us. To experience this Sunset Cruise was an amazing way to live the dream! Pick up was as expected. The boat was very comfortable and cruise was super enjoyable. Awesome views of Tahiti and Moorea, surfers and Tahitian rowers practicing for competition in their outriggers. The captain told us about the formation of the island and various water sports and competitions. Sunset seems to last forever with many colorful hues. Relaxing, beautiful and highly recommended!

Our Best Excursion
March 29, 2022
This happened to be our first excursion on our Oceania cruises French Polynesia trip. 4 of us had our own jet ski. Leader Andrew was very very cordial & watchful to ensure our safety. We received over the 3 hours promised. Multiple opportunities to snorkel. Our final spot was with black tip sharks and sting rays - awesome. It was our best excursion!

This was a great informal cruise. Only 8 guest made it very personal and an opportunity to learn everyone's story. We loved it.

Great Day in Suva
April 21, 2020
This excursion met all expectations. It was a small group and we did a really nice overview of the island. Good companions, good guide and a great day. We even managed to miss the rain by perfect timing by our quide.

Really enjoyed this snorkel experience! Coral was the best we’ve seen on all excursions in French Polynesia. Small group, great guide!

Fiji Beach Break
March 25, 2020
We had a lovely day swimming in the pool at the resort. A big storm blew up, but we all went inside and had lunch. The whole place could do with a coat of paint, but otherwise very nice.

Best Tour of Our Trip from Shore Excursions
March 24, 2020
We loved our Vanuatu tour. A poor but proud country our tour leader was excellent. The countryside was lovely. It was a Sunday so much was closed as Sundays are taken seriously there. However we went to a cultural and educational site which was terrific. Historically and culturally interesting with lots of information, demonstrations of traditional ways as well as both the old tonal singing and dancing and the later, missionary induced, melodic singing. We stopped at a beautiful swimming area but we had not been told about it and did not bring bathing suits or towels. The walk to the waterfall was very pretty but the waterfalls themselves were tiny and the walk is hard for older people like me. We had an adequate lunch but at a beautiful setting complete with giant turtles and then went to a city overlook. We ended with the traditional kava, not my drink but interesting. A really good day!

Great way to see the Island
March 23, 2020
Our guides in our two separate trucks were just great! 8 people (mostly Seniors) in each truck with comfortable padded seats and we had an amazing tour of the island right up the sides of the mountains (it is bumpy but hang on tight up and down) down to the beautiful seashore. Wonderful commentary on the history of Bora Bora was included and breathtaking view points that couldn't have been seen any other way. Highly recommend this. Guides also had cold bottled water for all of the guests and it was really appreciated in the hot weather.

Best Snorkeling Ever
March 18, 2020
If you love to snorkel, this is the place for you. We have snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef and Bora Bora has a lot more colorful coral and fish than the GBR, which unfortunately is dying. But Hiro took us to see Manta Rays first. Then he dropped us off at a spot and we were able to just drift over the coral & he picked us up farther down. The water is so shallow that we had to be really careful. I accidently kicked the coral once, which of course is a big no-no. I have a beautiful picture of a huge school of fish swimming right around my husband. The boat was small. Only 7 snorkelers so we didn't have to wait a long time to get in and out of the water. He also took us to a sandbar where we could stand in waist high water. Highly recommend this excursion. Even my friend, who does not swim, but went along with us for the ride, loved it because she could see the beautiful coral and fish right from the boat because it was so shallow.

Tahitian Sunset Cruise
March 11, 2020
This was a very relaxing enjoyable way to see Tahitian from the water. The captain and crew were delightful and ready at hand to refill our drinks quickly. The sunset was beautiful as it set over the island. A great way to end a day in Tahiti.
