Excellent Outing; Excellent Guide

This was a terrific way to discover the gold rush route out of Skagway -- up the little railway -- we were in the last car, with a lovely view down behind us, and then a short excursion to the suspension bridge over the Yukon river.
During the drive down, our excellent guide -- well informed, personable, and humorous -- stopped a number of time for photo ops, as well as telling us fun stories of life in Skagway. Definitely a great shore excursion and worthwhile expenditure.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the train ride. It was beautiful and the narrations were helpful to gain knowledge of the past. We stood out on the platform which was quite thrilling

A fun way to be a part of history of Alaska - actually riding the rails built and used as the area started. Scenic route as well.
Suspension bridge was a great location with a tourist shop and a cafe with goodies and drinks. It had history of the area as well.

Our tour guide, Mike, truly knew the area the history and the current information of the area he took us.

Our trip on the train was phenominal! The views are breathtaking and our guide was very knowledgeable.
The suspension bridge is also well worth the trip. More amazing scenery and the area is well maintained.
