Hiking The Tongass National Rainforest from Ward Cove

Our guide was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the area and also imparted a lot of native Alaskan lore and history. This was a pretty strenuous hike, although not technical. For the reasonable cost, this was a great way to see the rain forest of Alaska instead of the tourist areas.
