This excursion was very interesting. I learned a lot about the Mayan culture, and was able to climb to the top of the ruins.
The river trip was great 1 it was hot , so bring on the water felt good 2 we saw lots of wildlife, manatees, crocs, iguana, howler monkey,etc.

Nice side trip!

This excursion was nice but a bit stressful to get on the Tender boat over to make your excursion time. We were about 10/15 minutes late but this company waited for us. The river ride was fun with a lot of things to see, the guys worked hard to show us and explain surrounding wild life. They did stop at a 'restaurant' for lunch but paid for it ourselves. It was good but interesting. The ruins were very interesting but it was extremely hot! But, hey, it's Belize right!

A cool trip down the River and the Mayan site

A fun trip down the river in a speedboat. I really enjoyed flying along through the rivers twists and turns. We spotted crocodiles, manatees, buzzards, and giant orange iguanas in the trees. Chris was a fun and engaging guide. Altun Ha was an enjoyable Mayan site. The Sun Temple was quite large. It was cool that they built stairs so you could climb to the top of each and see the view from above. Lunch was traditional Brazilian food for like $5 additional, and $2 beers or soda.

Amazing places to visit. And special feelings when you travel on the Berliner river. My family all like it.
