First of all, the instructions and description are accurate, which was very helpful since we ended up docking at the furthest port. It was easy to get a taxi to the bike shop. The e-bikes are absolutely fantastic! You can pedal as much or as little as you like. It was not intimidating at all to bike through the minimal amount of cars around. You won't get left behind. Our guide was funny, interesting, and helpful. The only negative thing was that we had some miscommunication with our server at the restaurant, so just make sure you know what is included and what is not. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend it!

Our tour guide Josh was great. He was such a wealth of information about the island and cultural history, stopping at several local landmarks and giving us the story behind them. The lunch stop beach break was fun too.

What a great excursion and away from the crowds. The e-bikes are in excellent condition! It was nice that I had the opportunity to turn off the e-bike portion because of my personal choice to get a workout in. Because the excursion begins in the city center, you will ride with traffic for a little bit, but then afterwards, smooth cycling. I would suggest that you must know how to ride a bike. Sounds silly? There were two individuals who haven't been on a bike for almost 50 years. Guess how that went? One of them hit a parked car within 5 minutes of leaving and the other one was terrified of the cars and traffic and wanted to stop cycling.
For those who can ride a bicycle and have stamina, this is an excellent excursion. No reservations with the tour operator or condition of the bikes. This tour is an added bonus if you have been to Cozumel before (been there, done that viewpoint). You will appreciate the different side of the island. A hidden gem!
