This was one of the key highlights of our trip. We had a great time and came home with 4 personalized bottles of wine we are saving for another special occasion. We would do this one again in a heartbeat!

We highly recommend this excursion especially if you enjoy wine. We had a great time and we blended 4 bottles of wine to our taste. We learned how they make the wine and all the processes that go into making the wine.
5stars and we plan to do it again on our next visit.

Walked to the Grey cliff Hotel from the ship. Not a very long walk, but part was uphill. Went to what was the chapel which was beautifully restored. We were given 2 reds and 2 whites to sample and then allowed to blend our own. After we got our perfect blend we bottled it in 750 ml bottles and labeled it with our unique label. I thought it would be a sample bottle bit was quite surprised when it was not
