Beach Break at Cockleshell Bay Beach Break

Our Cockleshell beach trip was ok. Close enough to our port stop to allow for quick travel and return. Our tour drive took us on slightly different routes for going and return. Both routes were fairly scenic. The only downside was that our particular section of the beach had collected an overly amount of sargassum seaweed… but, a section of beach just across a roadway and jetty (boat transport to sister island- Nevis) had cleaner and warmer water than our section. We spent a fair amount of time on that beach side! The swimming was fine, snorkeling was fine, and like most other tourist sites, food and drinks were somewhat pricey. Nevertheless, I(we) would recommend this beach trip for the budget conscious. It was lower priced than others we searched. Great getaway for beach and fun under the sun!

If we ever make it back to St. Kitts, we will go to this beach. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and drizzling the day we were there, and a lot of seaweed. But it was a great place. They had everything, and great service.

What a wonderful beach area. The drive there was very scenic and are driver was very nice. Nice beach with a restaurant with great food. I even splurged for a foot and leg massage from a local lady and it was wonderful. Perfect relaxing beach day

My husband and I spent about four hours at this lovely beach with a gorgeous view of the mountains of Nevis. the service and food were great along with a very nice driver who took us and brought us back to the ship.All I all , we had a perfect day in St. Kitts, would recommend this excursion to everyone.o
