Historic Quebec City

Driver was very courteous and helpful. He gave us a great overview of Quebec as well as history of the sights. We were allowed plenty of time to take photos at stops even in the snow!

Quebec is such a wonderful city. It was our second day to visit and we took the bus tour learning so much more about the city. Guide was great. Somehow they did not have our name on the list and it took sometime to get it worked out even though we had our paperwork in hand.

We really enjoyed our tour of Quebec City. It gave us a great overview of locations and areas that we wanted to see more of. Our guide was wonderful and very personable.

We had no idea how much we would learn on this tour. The guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. Any questions were answered. The bus was comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend this tour and Quebec City. It is beautiful.

The bus tour was an excellent way to get an overview of the city with very interesting narration along the way. The tour was priced lower than the ship's tour offering the same itinerary.

We had a wonderful guide who spoke fluently in English and French and navigated us despite technology difficulties with the loudspeaker. We saw the highlights of the historic city and this enabled us to go back later and walk to the ones we wished to see again.

We truly enjoyed the trip around Quebec City and the narration by the driver. I was amazed that he was able to wrap the bus around all the road construction, which was extensive. The driver was informed, amusing and easy to understand. (Even the digs at Americans were good natured.)

A nice overview of the city, both old and "new" with an interesting, well-versed guide. The bus driver was amazing, also, since he was able to squeeze the behemoth of a bus into the tightest of areas. The tour was a bit rushed in some areas, repetitive in others, but that was expected. We wished the bus had larger, more viewable windows since we missed some of the pointed out architectural features because we couldn't crane our necks in contortionist figurations to see well enough. The guide would get ahead of herself..."on your right [and she'd be opposite it] there's such and so..." and by the time our part of the bus got there she was telling about something else. Over-all, it was a great experience. I feel like we have properly been introduced to Quebec to think about visiting it again when we would have more time to explore areas we saw on this tour.

This whirlwind tour gives you a good overview of places you might want to come back to visit on your own when you have more time. Guide was very knowledgeable and provided some interesting facts and stories about the city.

This was a wonderful tour. Our guide told us so many extremely interesting stories and details about the past and present city of Quebec. It was a lovely fall day and the city was decorated with pumpkins and Halloween decorations which added a festive feeling to the tour. I would definitately recommend this tour to anyone looking for a leisuely walk around town while learning fascinating facts about the city.

We opt for this tour vs. the cruise ship excursion for the price difference. The double decker bus offered an excellent view. The bus driver/tour guide provided tons of information about the city in general. Great value!

Very good and informative trip around the city. Guide was very good and pointed out events and areas to visit later or the next day. Introduced us to Canadian pea soup! At a local restaurant. It was excellent soup, which we had after the tour.

Bus tour of the city. Enjoyable driver and guide. Made one stop at public garden. It would have been nice to stop a couple more times for pictures.

What a beautiful city, would be worth learning French to live there. This tour showed us a glimpse of a beautiful city, way nicer than I expected.

Fantastic in every way. Pick up at our hotel was easy and efficient and our tour guide was knowledgeable. We got a comprehensive overview of the city and then were able to discern how best to use the information to plan the rest of our time there.

It was a wonderful and fascinating experience. The people in charge of collecting tickets were friendly and spoke very good English. Advised is the Tour Bus should be there pretty soon, meanwhile they started a conversation. Driver was pleasant and amicable. He explained all different stops very clearly and even joked at times. Even though it was a rainy day, it not ruin the tour at all. It is a must do tour, Highly recommended; for sure your money's worth.

Quebec City tour was nice but felt rushed. Would prefer a more leisurely tour with one or two stops to look around.

The tour covered the city well and the driver was very informative. Pickup and drop off from the cruise ship was very easy and close by.

Would definitely visit this beautiful city again. Bus ride was informative. Due to a marathon in town, we were diverted to an alternate route which gave us a glimpse of the countryside outside of the town.

Four of us took this tour in Quebec City and we were impressed with the tour guide/driver's knowledge of the city. She had an outstanding personality and she readily answered any questions posed to her. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Quebec City.

Easy access to the bus right off the pier. Bus was on time. Bus driver excellent with outstanding knowledge and information. Saw everything of interest in Quebec.

A very informative tour that acquainted us to Quebec City. Our tour guide was knowledgeable having lived in the area for years. We enjoyed the tour in a comfortable bus.

This was the exact tour as from the Holland America ship. Our excursion was less expensive and directions to and from ship for meeting were exact. Highly recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our tour of Quebec City. The bus driver was a wonder as he manuvered through the narrow streets avoiding some kind of march that had his regular route closed off. Our guide was informative and entertaining as well.
