This is right outside the cruise ship at the pier/terminal. Perfect for a good overview of city. The guide was great and provided good history and fun facts. Highly recommend.

Unimpressive tour
August 24, 2019
While a bike tour allows access to some places a bus could never go, the places we went to were mostly unremarkable. We started late because there weren’t enough bikes. We had to wait for an earlier group to return their bikes. Unlike a bus tour, there were few opportunities for conversation while pedaling. When we did stop there wasn’t a lot of time to talk about where we were or why. (There were exceptions, such as the Palace and a park which was underwhelming). I wish there was more time in Old Town to sightsee AND get something to eat, but sitting at one of the many restaurants on the Square took all but a couple of minutes be the return trip. Admittedly, the Marathon that was being run that day throughout the town caused delays and detours which didn’t help make a successful and efficient tour. All of that being said, I would return to Tallinn, but not on a bicycle. Conversations at dinner back onboard the ship made me curious about all of the things we missed.

Didn’t see much of Tallinn
August 15, 2019
While a bike tour allows you to go places a bus could never get to, the places we visited weren’t really worth it. The tour company was disorganized. There were not enough bikes (initially) for the group and we started late while waiting for the earlier tour to return their bikes. The guide/owner was pleasant enough, but there wasn’t a lot of time at most of the stops to allow for more detailed description of where we were and why. Of course, unlike a bus tour, there is little opportunity for conversation, narration, storytelling, etc. while riding. All of this being said, this tour whetted our appetite enough to want to re-visit Tallinn—just not on a bike.

Great way to see and learn about Tallinn!
August 11, 2019
It was easy to locate the excursion meeting place. Our tour guide took us around Tallinn with stops at many sights. He was knowledgable about Tallinn and gave us time to look around when we got to the sites. It was a great way to see the town, learn about its history and have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended excursion!

Moving through Tallin
July 31, 2019
As an active person, I love taking bike tours when traveling. You literally walk off the ship towards town to find your bike. We had a wonderful time, and loved seeing some parts of Tallin that you wouldn't see on a bus tour. It was a relatively flat ride, so it wasn't challenging for those who don't ride regularly. Our guide not only showed us the town, but gave us a glimpse of what it was like living in Estonia. We ended the tour with a chocolate coin made in Tallin!

Fantastic way to see Tallinn
July 25, 2019
My wife and 10 year old son and I took this tour, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting, and fun as well. The ride was very easy and we made several stops along the way, so it never was taxing at all. Would highly recommend this as a way to see Tallinn while stopping there on a cruise.

Tallin bike tour
August 27, 2018
Tour office/bikes perfectly situated right by cruise ship docking point. Staff helpful and good selection of bicycles which although not new were in good serviceable condition. Guide ‘Maria’ was very pleasant and patient with the varied experience levels of those in our group. Ride involved cycling on shared footpath/cycle lanes, on road and designated cycle lanes. In the time (3/4 hours) we were able to get a flavour of Tallin and some free time. Overall a very good experience personally. Recommended.

Great bike ride through Tallinn
January 17, 2018
Other than the weather, this excursion was perfect. there were only 8 or 9 of us so it wasn't a big group and we had a leader who anticipated everyone's level of expertise on the bicycle and spoke very good English. The bike tour took approximately 4 hours and took us through some park trails and then to the centre of the old town. A thoroughly enjoyable day and an excursion that is recommended.

This was an awesome way to see this old town! It was also faster than walking and could get to see the newer section of the city as well, great views of the water and the town up on land and nice and cool on bikes. The tour guides spoke great English and were very friendly and accommodating!

Great ride - great guide!
September 25, 2017
We had a wonderful time on our bike ride in Tallinn - it would have been even better if the rain had held off!! We would unreservedly recommend this bike tour - it takes about 3 hours - you see quite a bit of Tallinn and end up in old town. Very few hills so it's doable for most people.

A Great Tour Around Town
August 02, 2017
We met our guide, Ian. He spoke excellent English. Ian proceeded to guide us through streets near the waterfront and then into parks, palace grounds, and the city. I estimate the tour covered 10 km (6 miles) or a little more. The pace was quick with lots of stops. These stops included those in the description plus Mermaid Statue, bathroom, modern Tallin, national broadcast HQ, and the outside (not inside) of Old Town. Ian provided extensive dialogue and descriptions of what we were observing. Near the national broadcast HQ he related how he and others during the bloodless revolution of 1989 protected the national TV and radio system of the country at that location. We then took a tour of the outside of the wall of Old Town. This tour is definitely worth the time and money. The only problem is that you may be seduced by all that is around you and forget that you are on sidewalks at times. We both highly recommend this tour. Good show Ian!!

Interesting
July 25, 2017
Great excursion and guide. She told us interesting stories and information about Estonia. (A Swedish guide slowly told us boring random history, made us really appreciate this guide) We biked in the rain and sun. If you aren't comfortable biking, don't buy this, you slow the whole group down.

Wonderful overview of Talinn
June 09, 2017
Great guide who took us all over Talinn, not just to the old walled city but also to the parks and other points of interest. WE biked much more than I thought but most of it was very flat (just one hill) . Would definitely recommend.

One of the best tours of our holiday
November 17, 2016
What better way to see a city in the Baltics but on a bike. Plus a sunny day. As only our family had booked the tour, it was a private one. Christian took us at a balanced pace (city is very flat) through new parts of Tallinn as well as the old part of town. He shared with us the history of the city as well as the Tallinn of today and the challenges locals face. Fantastic Tour and a highlight of our holiday.

Best of Tallinn Bicycle Tour
July 31, 2016
The bicycles were close to the ship. The group was a small group of 7 people. We all were able to stay together. On a bicycle, we were able to navigate to areas that a vehicle could not access. We rode through park areas, saw views of the city and sea from many locations. The tour guide gave us options of what we wanted to see which extended the tour experience.

Easy bike ride
July 20, 2014
It was raining that morning and we had a group of 4 scheduled to ride. Two of our group decided to back out because of the rain, that was their loss. The rain had stopped by the time we started the ride and it stayed dry the rest of the day. Other than having to navigate a few puddles on the bike route, the rain was not a problem and the bike ride was great. We ended up getting a personal tour, just my wife, myself and our guide who was very personable and knowledgable. All in all, one of our favorite stops and excursion of our Baltic cruise.
