Private Perast and Risan

We had an amazing day with our guide Dragan Popovic. We went off script due to congestion in town with two large cruise ships in for the day. He took us on a small Unesco protected winding road for a beautiful drive with stops through the mountains to his own Village. There he shared his family home with us. Their family makes famous prosciutto in their smoke house, wine and Raki. He made us a wonderful tray of fresh goodies to eat with drinks. Dragan is an encyclopedia of history. Just amazing to listen to. What a pleasant and beautiful day here in Kotor and the surrounding areas.

This was a beautiful tour. I was with a group of 8 friends and our guide met us at the pier. He explained what we were to see and do and off we went. It was great, he told us so much about the history and made sure that we were always ahead of the crowds. The island was so nice and our guide showed us some little unknown secrets. We then went back to Perast to explore for awhile. We went to Risan and saw some ancient Roman mosaic. On the way back he took us to the top of the mountain on the other side and we took lots of pictures. He also took lots of group pictures for us. I loved this tour.
