Authentic Pizza-Making Lesson

This excursion in Naples Italy was outstanding at all levels! We reported to Mammina's restaurant and met our chef, Anthony, who was absolutely delightful. Anthony was an effective teacher and taught us the art of hands-on pizza making. We, coming from the United States, always believed it was all about the sauce. We learned, among many other things, the dough is also vital in creating wholesome and delicious pizza. The visit, particularly with Anthony, left us with many fond memories and skills, for making pizza and other fine Italian dishes. We wholeheartedly and highly recommend this excursion. We also strongly suggest you request Anthony as your chef/teacher. Anthony is a true professional, and very friendly and hospitable. Finally, we enjoyed the fruits of our labor, and enjoyed a delicious meal (pizza) afterward!
