Mountain Horse Back Ride Adventure

The horse back adventure was great! They had a close and easy pick up point. The guide told us all about the city as we drove to the ranch. The cowboys and horses were amazing. And they even gave us a ride into town and then back to the ship! Excellent Service, excellent price.

We had a private tour with just our family and a guide! There was a language barrier, but we enjoyed the ride. The location of the horse back riding also had zip lines and ATV rentals. We did the ATVs as well. The ATVs were so much fun!

Anna was our guide and WOW she was beyond amazing!! She gave us backround on the area, tips and tricks, and her personality was bubbly! She made my entire trip!

Our driver Enrique picked us up at the meeting spot described and was very knowledgeable about the city. He provided information throughout the trip and was kind enough for a bathroom break. The horse riding and guide was perfect, we had a great time. The location was also a campground that included zip lines.

We took a gamble on this horse back ride, as there were very little reviews when we went to book this Ensenada excursion. We are a family of 4, with 2 girls, ages 11 and 13. Everyone loved it. You drive to the destination in a van. When you arrive, they give you a snack bag. We had nuts,chips, and a bottled water. They give your a free locker to use during your ride. We left our snacks there, but you may want to bring them with you for the break. The horseback ride lasts about 90 min. About 45 minutes in, 45 out. I was really worried about riding the horses, but the horses were very well-trained. They were pretty flea-ridden, though, and I did get a few bites. This is through the mountains. It's beautiful, but absolutely be sure to bring a hat and sunscreen. Afterwards, we had some time to drive around. We went to a couple of stores that we chose. I'd highly recommend this to anyone, and now I'm thinking another horseback excursion is in our future!
