Great excursion

The best part of our excursion was our guide, Oscar. He was super informative and personable. The downside was the condition of the horses. I was super sad watching them perform out of fear and looking at their living conditions was hard. They had no water and it was extremely hot. Their hooves were all cracked and in need of care.
Oscar took us out to the countryside and drove through small villages, we ate at a cute restaurant in one of the villages. The whole excursion was fantastic and enjoyed everything besides worrying about the horses.

Enjoyed touring around the city and venturing out to the country. Beautiful horses and a fun tour of distillery. A surprise visit to local family run restaurant with fantastic food.

Our ship was late arriving due to fog, but we were so impressed with the tour company. By the time we docked, they had come up with an alternative plan for us to ensure we were back to the ship in time.
The horses were fabulous and we especially enjoyed seeing the little town where they trained. We visited a tequila factory and the village of La Noria, where we had a delicious lunch. La Noria wasn't on the original plan but I loved it so much I hope to visit it again with more time for exploring.
I'd highly recommend this tour if you enjoy getting off the main tourist path and seeing a bit of real Mexico. The tour company and guide get an A+ as well.

Outstanding Tour. Would do again!

The ranch and its' owner were very friendly, and you could feel the love between him and his horses. We enjoyed it so much that we didn't want to leave! Would take this tour again. Our driver/guide was excellent. We have been doing business with S.E.G. for many years, and will continue to do so!
