Cafe de los Angelitos Dinner & Tango Show

The tango show showed styles of clothing and dance through the years and was very entertaining. Food was also very good although the wait staff had limited understanding of English.

What a great night! The food was very good. Much better than I expected given they were serving lots and lots of people. And the dancers and singers were excellent! My first tango show and I loved it! And they picked us up, and dropped us off at our hotel; very convenient.

Great dinner and great show. Really nice place to go. The dancers were fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed this show in November. The theatre is absolutely beautiful. The main floor is dedicated to dinner service while the balcony has great seating for two and more for drinks. We enjoyed dinner (beef, accompaniments, dessert and great wine) and were seated with great views of the stage. What was neat about the performance is the live music ensemble in a box above the stage, so you got to see them and they were great too. The tango was more interesting because it was set in different decades including more modern. Great dancers. There was only one point of confusion - the tickets said we needed to make our way there and back. The concierge at the Hilton knew they had hotel pickup service, so he called and we were picked up and returned to our hotel. A nice perk given the safety issues in this city! Conflicting transportation / make your way there instructions were a reoccurring them on both B.A.excursions booked through Shore Excursion Group.
