Your experience begins with a convenient pickup at the cruise port, followed by a short transfer to board the Amazing Grace train. Once onboard, sit back and enjoy a comfortable scenic railway journey around the island, with views of the coastline, rolling hills, historic sugar plantations, and local villages. Complimentary drinks are available as you relax and take in the scenery during this memorable ride.
After the train portion, continue your journey by bus along the western side of the island. Your first stop is the Amazing Grace Museum, where you'll learn about the origins of the beloved hymn "Amazing Grace" and gain insight into the island's culture and history.
Next, visit Caribelle Batik at Romney Manor, one of St. Kitts' most well-known attractions. Explore the historic 17th-century estate once owned by Captain Samuel Jefferson, an ancestor of President Thomas Jefferson. Today, it is home to Caribelle Batik, where you can see the full fabric-making process, from waxing to dyeing. Stroll through the beautiful botanical gardens, featuring striking palm varieties and a nearly 400-year-old African Saman tree, and browse for locally made artwork.
The tour continues to Timothy Hill, one of the island's most iconic viewpoints. From here, take in panoramic views and capture incredible photos, with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other.
To finish the day, enjoy a relaxing beach break at Frigate Bay, also known as the Strip. Spend time swimming, unwinding, or soaking up the lively island atmosphere. You'll also have the option to grab lunch on your own or explore local beach bars, where culture and cuisine come together.
