Recommended Dress As you will be visiting a religious or memorial site, it is recommended that your knees and shoulders be covered. Sensible walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses are recommended.

Restrictions Guests must be able to walk on paved, packed dirt, and gravel surfaces, some of which are at an incline. There are steps at several of the sites. Wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in the vehicle. The tour is by van driving on coastal roads that are curvy and narrow.

French Riviera

Departing from the Cannes cruise pier in groups of no more than eight guests, your driver / guide, will drive you to the hilltop Medieval town of Eze, approximately 40 minutes away. During the drive, your driver / guide will point out the sights along the way. A stop will be made to take photos of this charming village clinging to the cliffside and its magnificent views overlooking the French Riviera.

A stop will be made to visit the nearby perfume factory Fragonard, which has been producing scents for more than three generations.

A scenic drive will be taken through the hillside village of La Turbie, with its "Trophy of the Alps" and scenic landscape.

You will then drive to Monte Carlo, approximately 20 minutes away, where you will drive directly to the old town and enjoy an exterior visit to the Royal Prince Palace before walking to the Cathedral, where you will have an interior visit. You will then drive to the Casino Square, where you will have approximately 20 minutes free time to get a brief look at the interior lobby of the casino or view the gardens. This will be followed with a drive along a portion of the Monte Carlo Grand Prix circuit.

Then it's off to the typical Medieval village of Saint Paul de Vence, approximately 40 minutes away, where you will have approximately 1 hour to explore the winding streets made famous by actors and artists living there, or purchase lunch on your own.

You will then drive for approximately 30 hour to the old town of Antibes, and see the incredible harbor and its ramparts. A stop will be made for photos.

Then it's on to Cannes, where a drive along the Croisette Boulevard will bring you to the Film Festival Palace. A stop will be made for an exterior visit and a chance for you to feel like a star walking up the world-famous steps.

From here, you will be driven back to the pier area.

Please Note: As of January 1, 2026, the village of Saint-Paul de Vence will no longer be included as a stop on the itinerary. Due to traffic and crowds, order of sites visited may be changed.

For those wishing to visit any churches, remember that shoulders and knees must be covered. If you wish to have a swim whilst in Monterosso, please take your swimsuit and a towel.

Restrictions The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years. Guests must be able to get in and out of all transportation. We do not recommend this tour for individuals with mobility issues. This excursion covers various surfaces, and participants should be in moderate physical condition. Please be aware that you will need to navigate stairs during the tour. The walk with your escort from the Cruise Terminal to the train station is approximately 25 minutes. This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Please note that we will need at checkout all first and last names of each guest booked on this tour in order to purchase train tickets. Kindly take note that this tour ends at La Spezia Centrale Train Station, in the vicinity of the Port. Your escort will direct you back to the ship. This tour may be conducted in both Spanish and English, if needed.
