Enchanting City
October 29, 2019
I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Bruges; it's an enchanting city. Our guide was excellent: knowledgeable, funny, and a good story-teller. Her suggestions regarding a restaurant and where to buy chocolate were excellent. However, the trip had its drawbacks that have nothing to do our guide. It was a rainy therefore slippy, making the walking more difficult and slow. Finding my way once we had free time was a bit more difficult than I expected. Finally, it's a long trip there from Amsterdam, making it a long day. I knew that going in so it wasn't a surprise.
