As the resident marine life around Gibbs Cay, these friendly stingrays are used to humans and are even provide a safe encounter for children. Your expert guide will share tips on how to properly handle these stingrays and teach you about their habitats, how they live alongside humans, and how they breed. Bop in the water or swim beside the stingrays on this wildlife encounter.

Glad we did this excursion

We booked the conch dive well ahead of time and ended up adding on the snorkeling when we arrived. So glad we did both because I didn’t realize you could do ok rig after the other. And it’s a good thing because our snorkeling adventure in St John ended up be cancelled due to water conditions. Our tour guides made this experience really interesting. One dove down about 35 feet (amazing!) and brought up conchs for us to inspect up close. We enjoyed being at Gibbs Cay to experience the sting rays and ceviche. The guides were patient and went above and beyond to make this a great time for us. I’d absolutely recommend it.

So great!

This excursion was super fun. The people who run it are the type of people you'll want to hang out with all day...so personable! They know what they are doing and they truly bend over backwards to make it memorable. My ten year old son will never forget it. There was a family there with two babies, and I wouldn't recommend it for such young kids. I'm hopeful I get to go back and do a longer excursion with them!
