An approximately 20 to 30 minute taxi ride (not included, approximately $20 US each way) is required to reach your departure location. Food/Beverage Provided A dish from the Swimmers' Menu and a soft drink is included.
Recommended Dress We recommend wearing a swimsuit under comfortable clothing and shoes. A towel, sunglasses, and biodegradable sunscreen (for after the dolphin portion) is recommended. Sunblock, jewelry, watches, rings, bracelets, or any object which might scratch the dolphin is not permitted in the water with the dolphins.
Restrictions Children ages 1 to 7 years old OR shorter than 4 feet tall must be accompanied by one participating adult (18 years or older) per child. Children ages 8 years old or older OR taller than 3 feet 11 inches can participate on their own (without at least 1 adult per child). Pregnant women may not participate in this tour for safety reasons. You do not need to be a swimmer to participate in this program. All participants are required to wear a life jacket. Sunblock, jewelry, watches, rings, bracelets, or any object which might scratch the dolphin is not permitted in the water with the dolphins. The instructors have the final say on what can and cannot be worn in the water with the dolphins. For security reasons, personal cameras are not allowed in the water, nor in the program area. A professional photographer will be on hand to take pictures, which will be available for purchase.
Dolphin Encounter and Water Park
Have the experience of a lifetime as you and your companions interact with dolphins in a sensational and safe environment in small groups of up to 20 guests.
Your professional instructor will teach you about dolphins, their environment, and their behavior. You will also learn several training techniques during this approximately 20-minute orientation session. Then, you'll be ready to stand on a platform in the water and play with the dolphins! This includes petting and kissing the dolphins, an experience you and the family will never forget! The total experience time including the orientation is 45 minutes. A professional photographer will be on hand taking pictures. Photos are available for an additional fee.
After the Dolphin Encounter, enjoy the outstanding water park where the Dolphin Encounter is located, including water slides, a lazy river, a dolphin show, and a sea lion show.
The cost of the dolphin encounter includes admission to the water park, ensuring a fun-filled, action-packed day. You may observe someone participating in a dolphin program by paying the admission fee into the park.
Please Note: The tour duration is for the dolphin interaction only. It does not include time at the water park, as this is on your own, or the time required to transfer to and from the park.

Love the dolphins

The Dolphin encounter was GREAT. We were a party of 4...including a 5 yr. old. She was enthralled! At first was intimidated, then was an active participant...kissed the dolphin, shook his fins..etc. The guide was an expert making her feel comfortable. Because we could not wear sun screen on my granddaughter, we were concerned about her getting burned,(We wore a t-shirt and hat)the tarp completely protected us. Very smart idea. Also, enjoyed the water park. I would highly recommend this excursion to everyone. The cost was $50.00 cheaper, per person, then the cruise ships. Great value.
