The other side of Fiji

Pleasantly surprised with this tour. We were very competently escorted from the ship to a very comfortable and a/c bus by a well-groomed and articulate Fijian young man, and proceeded to see the countryside while we drove to a small village. Wonderful people, and a nice traditional lunch, although, I have to admit, Kava is not exactly my, "cup of tea". Ended the trip with a shopping stop in Nadi, which is excellent! Prices are great in Fiji!

Very personal and authentic

One of the best excursions ever. There were only 4 in our group, always a plus, instead of large coach. Our guide took us up to a tiny village, no electricity, water piped down from the mountain. He educated us on the life and customs of the islanders. We participated in a Kava ceremony to be welcomed into the village. It was amazing!

Unforgettable Fiji

Our guide, Linga, was excellent. The villagers couldn't have been more welcoming. It was very special to attend church services as it was Good Friday. I will never forget the beautiful singing of the congregation. Food was excellent and plentiful. Will never forget our intimate visit to Fiji! (Only negative would be that due to a no-show couple we waited an hour and a half. They did not cut the trip short but would be nice if there were some way to contact people who don't show up so everyone doesn't have to wait).

Great Taste of Fiji

This was a wonderful tour. We really felt welcomed and pampered. And we learned so much about their culture and traditions. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants something "off the beaten path." We didn't walk to the cave - maybe because it was so hot that day.

The village we visited was so friendly. Magic Mike took care of us and we had a wonderful time just visiting and tasting the foods and drink of Fiji.
