Conditions can vary, with waves, wind, and rain possible. The maximum weight that can be accommodated is 300 lbs per person. Guests with neck or back injuries or other medical issues may not attend the tour, and all participants must sign a medical waiver to join. Participants should be in good physical condition and comfortable swimming in deep water. The tour is not wheelchair accessible, and wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters cannot be accommodated. The minimum age to participate is 12, and children must be accompanied by a parent.
