The whole trip was excellent. Those koalas are the most adorable creatures on earth. So glad I saw them. The boat ride was lovely. Trip well worth the money.

Great river cruise narration and Koala Sanctuary.

Allow yourself extra time to clear immigration to get off the ship. The river cruise narration to the Koala Sanctuary was fabulous. The guide was informative and humorous. Food and drink may be purchased on the boat at a reasonable price. We were given plenty of time to check out the Koala Sanctuary leisurely and at an enjoyable pace.

Catching up
May 28, 2018
Because our ship arrived late, we missed the beginning of the tour but every effort was made to help us catch up with the group. We enjoyed the site & the native Australian animals & recommend the tour to future visitors.

Enjoyed but timing issues
July 22, 2017
island it was magnificent no issues loved the animals beautiful problem is Excursion time ending at 3:30 with last shuttle to ship 3:45-missed it took taxi. the taxi took us to wrong port even though we gave them the correct pier address and location he said this is where all the ships go I said that's not our ship we dont have a water slide on our ship ours was the sun princess oh well then you must be across the bridge reminded him the dock address i had given we got to our ship $75 later I think we need to make sure when we have these types of excursions we have the time to get back to the shulttle. took 45 minutes for the shuttle to get us to town with15 - 20 min walk it was going down the street as we climbed the steps to the stop. At the ship they were still unloading the shuttle when we arrived and we were detoured because of the last because of the driver of the taxi so timing is an issue with making sure to get back to the ship timely so we're not left behind
