Recommended Dress We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and flat-soled walking shoes. Since temperatures at the Kona Cloud Forest tend to be cooler, typically between 60 and 75°F, a light sweater or jacket is a good idea. A hat, sunglasses, insect repellent, and sunscreen are also suggested.
Restrictions Children must be at least 5 years old to join this tour. This experience is not accessible by wheelchair or walker and is not recommended for guests with back problems, those who are pregnant, or anyone with heart conditions or other serious medical concerns. Guests should have a moderate level of physical fitness, as the tour includes a trail walk with slight elevation gain and natural terrain. Expect uneven ground and surface-level roots along the path.

At Doutor Mauka Meadows (or Greenwell Coffee Plantation on weekends), stroll through vibrant gardens blooming with tropical fruit and flowers, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how 100 % Kona Coffee is grown, harvested, and brewed. Sample freshly roasted coffee while taking in sweeping ocean views from a serene hilltop rest area. Admission to the coffee plantation is included in the tour.

From there, it's time to relax and indulge at Holualoa Garden and Kitchen, where you'll enjoy a fresh, locally inspired lunch crafted by a top island chef (not included).
