Experience some of the natural wonders of this lush green island. Harrison's cave is guaranteed to be the Barbados excursion of a lifetime. At the cave you will board electric trams and travel through the winding tunnels viewing majestic caverns and the stalactites and stalagmites which have been growing in them for many centuries. Another special feature of the caves is its streams, waterfalls and pools.
You will then drive towards the center of the island for your next stop on this Barbados tour, which is your choice of either Hunte's Gardens or the Flower Forest. Located in a gully, Hunte's Gardens is a lush rainforest garden full of tropical plants, birds, and other wildlife. The many-tiered garden features a great variety of ambiances, from bright and open to deep, dark, and magical. The Flower Forest, a fifty acre botanical garden with an amazing array of plants and species in infinite shades of green interspersed by colors that only nature can produce. Exotic birds and local monkeys can often be spotted as well.
After the garden, continue on to the town of Bathsheba and the scenic East Coast well known for its rugged beauty. Atlantic rollers break on large rocks at sea to form beautiful mist and foam. After driving along a part of the East Coast, you will stop for a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, it is off to your last stop, the Barbados Wildlife Reserve, for a glimpse of those mischievous Barbados green tail monkeys. The Reserve, located in a wood full of mahogany trees, offers the unique opportunity to stroll freely while watching the animals at close range and in their own natural environment. The monkeys are wild, so sightings cannot be guaranteed, but monkeys are seen on most tours. A rare sight outside of West Africa, the Barbados Green Monkey is responsible for 70% of the Worlds Polio Vaccine. These charming, funny and fascinating animals will be a highlight of your day. The Reserve is also home to colorful parrots, flamingos, peacocks, brown pelicans and sparrows. Reptile lovers will appreciate the enclosed collection of snakes, iguanas, turtles, tortoises and caiman. You will then drive back to the pier in Bridgetown.



In Barbados child safety seats are required by law for infants up to 3 years old. Car seats can be provided on this tour at no additional fee. If you plan on bringing your own car seat(s) on the tour, please note that you will be doing so in the field above at the time of booking. Please keep in mind that all car seats must be able to be secured with a seat belt.
