Your journey begins the moment you step onto a 95-passenger custom-built, high-speed catamaran and depart Granville Island in downtown Vancouver for the open waters of the Salish Sea. Head below deck and relax in the comfort of the luxurious heated inner cabin with its floor to ceiling windows as you gaze out over the beautiful Georgia Strait. Your Transport Canada Certified marine naturalists will take you safely through the Strait of Georgia to Haro Strait and the Strait of Juan de Fuca while keeping watch for whales.

Once you and your group have arrived in the area of the marine mammals you can move up to the 22 ft elevated viewing platform to enjoy stunning, 360-degree panoramic views of marine wildlife and the surrounding islands. Your guides will share fascinating facts and answer your questions regarding these magnificent animals as you catch sight of a variety of whales including orcas, humpbacks, minkes, and greys. Keep an eye out for playful porpoises, seals, sea lions, eagles, shearwaters, and more that might come by to greet you or acknowledge you from the shore. Arrive in downtown Victoria ready to explore the historic sites as well as the trendy shops and eateries.

Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are yours to enjoy throughout your voyage, and light snacks such as chips, cookies, and chocolate bars will be available to purchase. This 1-way transport allows you to bring 1 carry-on and 1 airline-sized piece of luggage at no additional cost. There's no better way to get from Vancouver to Victoria than on a fully-guided whale watching and marine wildlife viewing tour. In the unlikely event you do not see any whales, you will be able to take another whale tour for free.
