Explore Santorini's iconic attractions like the famed Kamari Beach and island summit of Profitis Ilias as you swap taking routes with numerous steps for ones with minimal walking when you book this easy guided tour. Your scenic four hour tour comes with convenient pickup from the cable car station and a fun guide who will lead you down simple paths to explore Santorini by foot with ease, making this tour perfect for history buffs who may experience walking challenges. Catch breathtaking views of Santorini's landscapes and skylines from sites like Oia Village and the island summit of Profitis Ilias. Enjoy free time for shopping and relaxing on the black sands of Kamari Beach and learn about Greek traditions and the history behind the island's formation as you gaze on islands from the Church of Firostefani.

Head to the cable car station, where you'll meet with a fun guide, and wait for a convenient pickup and transfer to your first point of interest, the island summit of Profitis Ilias. This colossal mountain's highest point reaches near 1,861 feet above sea level and offers sweeping views from the monastery that sits at the top of the summit. After spending 15 minutes capturing postcard worthy panoramic views of the island's skyline and lush landscapes with your camera, your tour will take you to spend 45 minutes of free time on the iconic black sands of Kamari Beach, Santorini's longest pebbled beach that offers great views of Poseidon's arch and other mountainscapes. Spend time wading in the crystalline waters of the Aegean Sea, catch some rays or stop to shop or hang out at a nearby beach bar for a cup of Greek coffee.

Next, make your way to the famous village of Oia, where your guide will give you a brief orientation of Santorini's northernmost village before you enjoy free time. Take in the breathtaking views of the skyline and Venetian castle and admire the pumice stone built cave homes as you learn about Greek traditions, Santorini wine production, and the origins of the island's formation during your sightseeing tour. Wrap up that last leg of your tour with a 15 minute stop at the Church of Firostefani, the famed blue domed church with whitewashed walls. Here, you'll get a chance to capture Insta-worthy shots of the stunning views of five islands while learning about the history of the island and its agricultural practices before returning to your port.

From taking an easy pathway to explore an ancient coastal village by foot to catching panoramic views from a mountain top, this tour is a culture connoisseur's dream. Book this exciting excursion today and get ready to enjoy a relaxing time in Santorini!

Mid July Santorini Tour

Our tour guide was a very nice young man named Panos. He was flexible and allowed people to tour on their own or stay with him. He took us to many of the well known attractions as well as other lesser known areas of beauty.

Beautiful, Fun Tour of Oia, & Firo on Santorini
August 08, 2022
We had a fantastic tour with our guide Marco, it was just the 2 of us in a Mercedes! He asked us what we'd like to see. He was fun & vivacious & knowledgeable. He took us all over the island up to the very top for the spectacular views! One of my favorites was the black sand beach! We could have stayed longer but we wanted enough time to see everything. We saw blue domed churches, windmills. We drove through various cities & countryside, getting a great feel for the island. Marco let us stop & get out whenever we wanted to see something. He told us all about the history but in a fun way! He walked around with us to some beautiful views in Oia, the beautiful church of Firostani, etc. He took us to a great gelato place & then drove us back to a great lunch stop where he dropped us off. The food was amazing as we sat outside under the olive trees & relaxed. We took a cab back to Oia for more shopping & exploring on our own. This was amazing, we loved every minute of this tour!

Good tour, but still a fair amount of walking
June 14, 2022
Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Got to see the iconic Greek buildings as well as beautiful beaches and vistas. Ample free time for shopping or to relax on the beach with a cold drink. Be aware, however, that there is still a fair amount of walking involved with several inclines and irregular surfaces. Very lovely tour.

We took this tour yesterday and loved it. Our guide, Katrine was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the history, architecture, ecology of each area of Santorini. Katrine took us to several villages, to the top of the highest mountain, and down to the black sand beach of Camara. We had ample time to shop, and grab a light snack. Highly recommend this tour.
