Your journey begins as you meet up with your private guide and driver for a short ride over to Brugge, a charming medieval town and the capital city of West Flanders. Start out at the Zand, the largest public square in the city, and admire Concert Hall. This hall is one of the few modern architectural buildings around and holds seating for 1,289 concert goers. Walk along the cobbled streets and stop at the St. Savior Cathedral, a beautiful medieval building containing lush tapestries, tombs, and Flemish paintings.

Continue on the Market Place with its impressive 83 meter tall belfry and halles, then make your way to Jan Van Eyck-square with a huge statue of its namesake artist. This area was a powerful economic hub and the center of the Hanseatic Brugges during the 13th to 15th centuries, as evidenced by its stately homes lining the streets.

From there, it's onto the city center and the Saaihalle, or educational museum. You will also pass by the Huis ter Beurze, which was Brugge's first stock exchange, as well as the Toll House. Arrive at the charming Burg Square with its Gothic City Hall, the basilica of the Holy Blood, and the Liberty of Bruges. Make your way across the fish market, Djiver, and Tanners Square and stop at St. John's Hospital, one of the oldest preserved hospital buildings in Europe. End your Brugge experience at Minnewater, a picturesque park surrounding the Lake of Love. This exclusive 3-hour walking tour is a perfect introduction to the medieval city of Brugge. Entrance fees and meals are at own expense and not included in the price. Book now.
