Restrictions Collapsible wheelchairs may be placed in the transportation vehicle. If you have an electric wheelchair, it would have to be transported in another vehicle. At the beach the tour operator does have beach wheelchairs. Please call the local representative in advance to reserve a beach wheelchair. Contact information will be included in your electronic ticket. Children ages 5 and younger can attend the tour free of charge with advanced notice at the time of booking. All children must have their own seat, and infants under 1 year of age must be in a car seat. Car seats may be provided upon request, but are subject to availability.

We had the best day here! The weather was gorgeous, the drinks were great and they keep them coming!! Food was better than the buffet on the cruise ship. Our guide from the office to the resort was very nice and knowledgeable. Entire staff at the resort was phenomenal. If you’re looking for a day to relax by the pool and beach this is THE place!

The cruise ship docks on a pier which has a few shops & a bar or 2. From there you take a FREE shuttle to the city about 4 miles. It's a little sketchy but if you look for the Green T shirts you'll see them as you pull up to the bus station. Please get off the ship and to the free shuttle ASAP.
It took about 20 minutes to get to the resort via shuttle bus, resort was very nice. Looked to be a hotel / condo area that was pretty empty due to being a off season. The pool & beach area were very nice, there were huts with tables & chairs to sit under & Service was fantastic, friendly the drinks just kept coming. No speciality drinks just mostly beer, margaritas. the hotel or staff doesn't have change or at least they pretended not to get a bigger tip. I ended up tipping $20 USD. The buffet of food was well not fantastic but was basically fajita chicken, rice , beans. Would highly recommend this for the value.

We enjoyed this excursion. The group was small, the tour guide was very knowledgable and very sweet! The weather was horrible, but we still had a lot of fun!

Nice Time at the Beach

This was a nice excursion, we just wish it was a little longer. It took a while to get to the beach and back so you only get about three hours there. The food was really good, but the drinks were pretty small. The only beer the offered was warm Tecate light in small cups, not too refreshing. Also it's probably not fair to this beach that we were in Cozumel the day before so in comparison, everything else won't look as good.
