Sea Lion Encounter Cruise Tour

Get up close and personal with a South American Sea Lion in a Meet and Greet on Land program on this St. Thomas excursion. Learn about these fascinating animals while observing their entertaining antics. During the encounter you might play a quick game of soccer or get a fishy sea lion kiss!

In addition to your 30 minute sea lion adventure, your St. Thomas tour price includes admission to the Coral World Marine Park which offers an Undersea Observatory, Caribbean Reef Encounter, Lorikeet Aviary, Stingray Lagoon, Turtle Pool and Critter Corners. Through activities, feeding demonstrations, and exhibits, the park educates guests on the conservation of the ocean's environment as well as its inhabitants.

Amazing experience!

My friend and I took this excursion in November and it was incredible. The trip in was super easy - we got there before the park opened and had the entire facility more or less to ourselves for a few hours. The encounter was amazing...we got lots of amazing photos and Omar was the best! Highly, highly recommend this one!

Amazing excursion

This was by far the favorite thing we did on vacation. We got to meet, feed and touch Fred, an approximately 800 lb sea lion. We also met Rosie, his girlfriend. The trainors taught us about them and everything from beginning to end was very entertaining. Thank you for an amazing day! ❤️

The best single experience of our trip

We got to the park quite a bit before opening, and they actually let us in early. We were the only ones there for most of the morning, which was great. Our encounter was at 10:30 - there were only four of us total. It was SO COOL! The guides were fantastic, energetic, and hit so many great photos (of course we bought them - how could you not?!). The rest of the park is great too - easily walkable, lots to see and do, and friendly staff. Overall, a solid day.

amazing!!!

This excursion totally exceeded my expectations. There were only 6 people plus an energetic trainer named Gabby in our group. We had soooo much interaction time with the sea lion , not just a hug, kiss and goodbye like I expected. They took lots of pictures for us and we purchased it on a thumb drive for a very reasonable price. There were also so many other things to see and do at coral world, my granddaughter enjoyed feeding the larakeets, and the underwater viewing of the fish....the beach, it was enjoyed by all 3 generations of my family.

Amazing mammals

It was a awesome time. It was amazing what those sea lions can do. The instructors were great and I would highly recommend to other people. It was the highlight of our cruise.
